1. Who are we?

2. What personal data do we process?

Through the contact form on this website we process the data you provide: name, organisation, email address, phone number and your message. We do not collect data through tracking cookies or advertising networks.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or request (legal basis: legitimate interest or performance of a contract). We do not use your data for commercial mailing without your explicit consent.

4. Retention periods

Contact details are retained for a maximum of two years after last contact, unless a business relationship justifies longer retention or the law requires it.

5. Cookies

This website uses only functionally necessary cookies (such as localStorage for your cookie preference). We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. Google Analytics or similar tracking services are not currently active.

For anonymised visitor statistics, Plausible Analytics is used. Plausible does not place cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not share data with third parties. Servers are located in the European Union (Germany). For more information: plausible.io/data-policy.

6. Third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of our services and a data processing agreement is in place. The website is hosted via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). In its role as hosting provider, GitHub may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses and user-agent). 7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object to processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by emailing contact@dcbs.nl. We respond within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. The most current version is always available on this page.
